I’m a writer, advocate, creator, mom, community volunteer, and someone who has learned that healing rarely happens in neat, picture-perfect steps. Grounded Grace was created from the messy middle with the rebuilding, the questioning, the surviving, the growing, and learning how to turn painful experiences into purpose.
Over the years, I’ve navigated trauma, domestic violence, advocacy work, parenting challenges, rebuilding my faith, community leadership, and the everyday chaos of trying to balance life while still showing up for others. Somewhere along the way, I realized people don’t need more perfection online instead they need honesty, connection, support, and spaces where they can feel less alone.
Grounded Grace became that space.
This platform brings together the things closest to my heart: healing, advocacy, creativity, storytelling, community, workshops, honest conversations, and helping people connect the dots when life feels overwhelming. Whether through blogging, podcasting, speaking, creative projects, or one-on-one support, my goal is simple: to create real conversations rooted in grace, growth, and authenticity.
I’m not here because I have life perfectly figured out. I’m here because I’ve lived through hard things, continue learning every day, and believe our stories can become powerful tools to help others heal too.
Around here, we believe healing can be messy, growth isn’t linear, and grace matters more than perfection.
Real life. Real grace. No pretending.
I’d love to help you find your new path. See how you can work with me to discover how to live with light.
